PCV boot

Has anyone had to replace the boot for the PCV? I went to the dealer, and they only sell the entire boot with lines off of the valve cover for $80. Autozone doesn't have one.

Anyone know where I can get one or can anyone sell me a used one?

My current one got a hole in it from the metal band that clips onto it.
