air removal
air removal ok long story short got through most of the procedure in removing the air system on my 2000 trans am. Now im stuck. I cant remove the little black saucer that the vaccum plugs into. Done the search option and know about the bolt behind the motor. question is how do you get to that bolt. Is there any other option on removing the part? ANY help is appreciated.

If I remember correctly the bolts are screwed into a rubber isolator. You should be able to get two of them out and yank the motor off the bracket
on mine i looked for a bolt by feel but couldnt find one so i really yanked hard and something popped off. after looking at the unit it appears that it was held on by some kind of plastic clip instead of a bolt. i have an 02 ss so maybe yours is different?

got another day off, round two of the air delete. i found an egr blockoff plate down @ the bottom of my toolbox yesterday. most likely gonna clip the egr as well. this should go alot smoother, thanks for the replies guys.
