One thing I have found for less oil in catch can put your pcv valve vertical(straight up and down)I very seldom see oil in catch can.

I just did this mod' about two months ago. I've only driven the car a few hundred miles but I already have a half tea spoon of oil in the first one. I don't have pics', but I ended up fab'ing up some 3/8" hard fuel line and ran it along the back of the radiator support (lower air cleaner housing) toward the front and back toward the passengers side under the hood latch and then continued around the passengers side of the radiator support and into the intake manifold. I have two in-line; I'm thinking about reinstalling my catch can just for the heck of it before the separators. Anyways, I went to the trouble because I considered heat breaking down the clear plastic lower bottles and ruining them. This way I shouldn't have to worry about heat. As far as whether or not the oil will break them down is another matter I'll have to wait and see about.
