Good advice. That's why I had a custom y-pipe with Magnaflow metallic cats and a real merge made to mate up to my Corsa. I always laugh when I hear people with Pacesetter headers and a $150 y-pipe with no cats and no merge complain about their loud, raspy exhaust Good quality takes a lot of money. I say, do it right or don't do it at all.

I really really like my new SLP Dual Dual catback.

My setup is Pacesetter LTs, TSP ORY, SLP Dual Dual.

I absolutely love it. It just has a great tone and volume! Unfortunately, now that these catbacks are discontinued... they can be quite hard to obtain.

Good luck!

I vote TD's. I had magnaflow with stock manifolds. The I put in the LT's with an ORY and still wasn't pleased. Yes, it did sound good but was still too quiet.
I said the hell with it and went TD's. I will never go back. Some complain that it's too loud and you can't hold a conversation in the car but I don't have that problem. My wife is not into cars and she is pregnant and she is fine being in the car with me. Just do it right the first time and go TD's. If it too much for you add cats and extend it out the back to tame it.
Also I'm lowered an inch and I have not scraped anything.

I have the TSP td's with the dynomax bullets and i love it. But I like my cars loud some dont and you may be one of them. What sounds good to one doesn't sound good to everybody.

Not to threadjack, but it seems like everyone is saying true duals is significantly louder than a normal cat-back. If I was to run true duals with cats and real mufflers, would it be all that much louder than a cat-back? Would it sound better than a cat-back?

i have pacesetters 3 inch off road y and a chambered muffler bolted directly to the y pipe....then dumped before the axle.....its saaaweeet.....it gives you the chambered muffler (gmmg) sound ..... but a **** ton louder of course cause there is no tail pipes...... yet subtle untill you hit the gas....then people know you are coming and you cant hear you girlfriend in the pass seat telling you to stop going so fast because it screams...and if you dont like it you unbolt the chambered muffler and buy a cat back....it leaves you with room to play.......

I'm building my 2.5" true duals with an x pipe, over the axle (both on passenger side) then out to dual 3 inch stainless tips. I'm going to be running straight pipes for now, it should sound wicked and if the law gives me and problems I can add some moroso spira flows with a saw zaw and welder ha. I'll get a sound clip up of mine when I'm done.
