Default ARH install questions and which primany to buy?

Title pretty much says it all. I have my transmission out and I am wondering if it will be easier to install American Racing Headers now. Also, I plan on going with a Procharger D1SC, AFR heads, forged 347 possibly 383, and d1sc DD cam in the future so should I buy the 1 7/8 or will the 1 3/4 be sufficient?

well if you are going to forge the motor you could wait but if it is going to be a while this would be a good time to do it

Yeah it will be probably next summer before the Procharger would go on. I'll forge the engine if/when it blows. Heads will go on before the Procharger will go on.

For an FI 383? I'd get the 1 7/8 for sure.

Yeah I'm leaning on the 1 7/8 but I'm not sure what ci I will be going with. Hell it could turn out to be a 408 lol.

Thanks for the help guys! The 1 7/8 will allow my engine to grow, even though it will be overkill for a while.

Temporary overkill is better than paying for headers twice
