XS Header problem!! I need help
**** honestly don't give up, you're probably one of the only ones to be frustrated with them that much.

Yea I know I will get it I am just irritated they have this many fitment issues. I have installed several sets and never had this provlem with any other brands
just remember, even kooks and QTP have these issues. every car has a different fitment problem. Mine slid in perfectly with not a single problem, and the jet hot y pipe as well.
You could have gotten a bad set, but stop and take a break. the more frustrated you get the less you will want to do with it. they will go in, just take your time.

I'll bring this up instead of starting a new one. My friend and I just finished up bolting on my XS headers. And I guess the price ended up being the only good thing about them. We had to drill out 4 of the bolt holes since they didn't line up right, 3 on the passenger side alone. After that the PS is fine but the driver's side is way off. The collector is almost on the floorboard and the primary is almost on the k-member. About 2-4mm on both. I'll get pics up as soon as I can. Both sides did slide right in however.
FWIW, I also put in solid motor mounts so I'm hoping they will help limit the movement of the motor/ exhaust.
