XS Header problem!! I need help
good LOOKING product, horrible fitment issues. have u tried putting the y pipe on? the driver side collector is angled upwards, so ur either gonna have to have it cut and angled down, or just suck it up and have exhaust sit against the floorboard... i did the later... and it sucked cuz it was pulling 10 degrees on timing cuz it was causing the knock sensors to go haywire...
ohh and I didnt have any problems getting mine in, they were a breeze on jackstands too, but there is some play and you just have to put each header bolt on little by little and never screw one down a bunch before the others cuz that can cause issues. I have also heard it is better to bolt the middle ones down first.
that was my only problem though, I have no Y-pipe issues or any of the other crap people claim

Just go slow, the holes on my pacesetters were barely off if I didn't put the bolts in little by little.

As for plug wires, get some MSD's. You can bend the insulators so that they clear the tubes just fine.
Think about this ... once you get them bolted up right, then you'll find that the ds collector is jammed up against the floorpan and a whole new set of adventures will begin ...
Ditch the y-pipe and get some true duals. $475 over the axle to tips. Easy.
And for the banging, put some heater hose between the body and the collector. No more banging, no more vibration. Use WD-40 to help get it in there.
And for the plug wires, lol, swap them out for some MSDs. You can bend the boots so they don't hit the primaries.
These headers are more expensive than we originally thought, lol!
