Throwing belts and chirping noise

Throwing belts and chirping noise
During an auto-x two weekends ago we noticed my serpentine belt was off by two ribs. We fixed it and it remained that way for the remainder of the day.
About a week ago I started hearing some chirping but never really took the time to isolate it. I heard it again last night and found that the belt had once again slipped over two ribs.
I installed the ASP crank pulley (w/ belts) last December.
What should I be checking? Tensioner? Belts? Replace crank bolt? Put stock pulley back on?

Re: Throwing belts and chirping noise
I had the same problems, just at different times...
The chirping was the tensioner pulley.. Pulled it apart, dry spray lubed it... Chirp gone..
Belt walking off was, crank bolt came out (Learned how to properly torque it after that) and pulley started to walk out.. This caused me to throw belts....
Hope this helps you narrow it down.....George
