worst thing just happened.. ok i was installing my passenger side head and well the number one bolt broke is there any way i can get that bolt out im really freaking out...
search for broken bolts, you'll find a lot of info...
Is any part of the thread exposed? If so you may be able to clamp onto it with vice grips or a bolt extractor tool that cuts in to the bolt as you turn it CCW on the stump.
If not, you may need to try an easy out - basically a reverse cut bit that you pre-drill a hole for in the bolt, then run CCW into the bolt until it bites and backs out...

ok i still cant get that damn bolt out doesnt anyone have a clue what to do, i have a flexible extension, extractor bits and nothing is working... please help
i just had the same prob. w/ my header install extractor wouldnt get it or nothing. the shop i took it to got it out by drilling a bunch of small hole in the bolt and took a pick and got it out in lil pieces. pain in the *** and slow go but it worked. thing is be as careful as possible and take ur time and dont drill to far like the shop did on mine.GRRRRR
now i have a water leak issue coming out of the hole cause he drilled into the water jacket. but we used a lil bit longer bolt and some sealant around the threads and its holding up so far but im really expecting to have to buy a set of performance heads in the near future.

yea i got a good mechanic coming tommorrow morning, he does good work so hopefully he can get it out for me, im really hoping to get it out cause im so close to getting my car turned on... but thanks for the advice bro hopefully it turns out good...
