Default Shaving Heads or just swapping: LS1 VS LQ4 Please read.

Hello,

I am building an LQ4 6.0 motor using the stock internals, custom cam, Comp cam valve train, and carb setup with the victor Jr, but can't decide which stock heads would be best. I know the LQ4's flow better, but the LS1's will bring my compression up a bit. I will be using a cam with the following specs:
Dur @ .050: 238/244
Lift: .586/.596
Lobe sep: 114.0 ( Seeing this is in my 6.0L I dont know how much it will change the specs.)

I will be adding a 150hp shot of nitrous on top of this so should I just run the LQ4 heads and shave them about.020 or run the LS1 heads? ( I have 98 LS1 heads and 03 LQ4 heads if that helps any) I am just wondering how much I can shave the heads before it becomes an issue with the stock valves.

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance,

Antony
