Default Do CA cars with stioch of 14.2 AFR, run better out of CA

USA cars = 14.7 stoich AFR & CA CARS = a richer, [better ?], 14.2 stoich AFR.

Do CA cars run better on out of state, non-oxygenated pump gas ?

I'm just iching to set my stoich to 14.2, to see if it improves throttle response/part throttle.

Anyone try this yet ?

Dave
