Default Low Idle after LS6 intake swap

i swapped my intake on my 2000z yesterday and ported my TB with it, aside form the broken OPSU, everything went fine, problem is now my car idles funky. it idles failry high if the car has been sitting for awhile, which lede me to believe vacuum leak, but after i start driving, it drops VERY low, usually around 600 (been as low as about 350) the car at a red light sounds like it has a cam in it, it shifts pretty funky too at lower rpms, seeming like its short shifting

at the high end its not as noticeable, but i really have no idea whats going on, i searched and all i found was problems with a high idle. i hope that i just need to reset the PCM, becasue i got throuhg the install without realizing hte neg. batt. cable was connnected the entire time, but i would like to know what yall think, i have no idea whats going on.

If you are looking straight at the throttle body on the car, it is the bottom sensor on the right side of the throttle body. I may be sticking your throttle blade open.

Just unscrew it and then put it back on.

Maybe a slight leak around the intake?

yeah i took it by my mechanic today to look at it. I had no idea anymore becuase i checked the throttle position sensor and map and everyhitng else and no such luck

turned out to be a small vacuum leak where the PCV plugs in behind the throttle body. i ripped out all the lines and just forgot that one small hole, so its fixed now and it runs great

There you go, works everytime.

Also a can of Wd-40 is great for that too, the car would all of a sudden idle high it got sprayed.

Glad you found the issue
