XS Header?

I've been hearing a bit about these XS headers, but I cant find them anywhere.

Can someone tell me what these are and where I can find them? Also does anybody have a success story with these?

They're on ebay....but now there's a guy who sponsors them on this site, so he'd be the one to go through, check the sponsor sale section for his info. I'd recommend doing a little research before making your decision though...I chose Pacesetter's over the XS's for a couple reasons. Good luck.
