Default HELP!!!! bellows keeps coming off!

like the title states, my bellows is secured and tight, then it'll just come loose from the bottom of the TB and the only thing holding it on is the non flexability. the result is a small vaccum leak that plays with my idle, gas mileage and power. now to the solution, other than replacing the bellows, is there any fix????

might wanna check your motor mounts make sure they aren't torn causing your engine to tourqe over too and pull it loose. My aftermarket works great.

Go back to stock. Aftermarket bellows are a waste of money.

Why would the lid have any effect on the bellows? The bellows simply connect the TB to the MAF.

It was my understanding some lids fit better than others. For example the Bellows was probably fabbed and designed with an SLP lid as a mock up. The other lids, while quality parts, do not fit exactly the same as the SLP lid.

Example, this post...

He is saying his STOCK bellows will not work. I've had both, using the SLP Blackwing lid, and the SLP smooth bellows did nothing but cause the lid to continously pop off eventually rubbing through the paint under the hood. There is no way the vastly more flexible stock bellows wont work.
