That's my eventual exhaust! Minus the cats of course.
Just ordered the headers.

Ls1hauls that is a nice looking Y . I think I might do the same.
I like it too. Perhaps instead of welding making it so you could bolt in/out cats in place of the resonators...that's a thought.

I may go with Jet Hot LTs and a custom Y with flanged cats/off road pipes.

Thoughts?

id just get a good set of longtubes and cust. true dual exaust if you need to pass a visual then get some gutted cats . if you need to pass a sniffer then im not to sure mabye some shorties hooked to stock cats and a good catback exaust like a borla should work well. from what ive heard buying after market cats is not nessary as far as flow goes, Because the stock ones flow enough to support a set of equil leginth headders or shorties. If your gonna go for longtubes your not gonna easily pass an emssissions test (from what ive seen) so you might as well not have cats or get gutted cats as so to just look legal for roadside inspections. hope this helps

I honestly thought about doing the flanges, but its so crowded under there that I gave up and welded the cats in. Didnt want it to be too Frankensteined up with rusty flanges (have to drive in salty winters) either. I thought about trying something like FLP, but for all that trouble, I can just make an X pipe for the track, or even an H pipe for about $50 and just dump it under the rear seat area. My car is so quiet at the track that you can hardly hear it. I dont want all of those fast beaters to be the only ones making noise lol.

I think the Jet Hots are a good choice to get, you could still get the qtp y pipe with these if you wanted to get something pre-fabbed. Kooks would be the better header but you will Save a good 300 bucks by going with the Jet-Hots.

When i looked at the $ for it and for Kook's with a Y, and then at true duals...

I'll need a catted Y but jet hot will have one out before i get sniffed anyway...

but teh OEM D/D is going on. I'm gonna drive from dallas to san antonio then to tucson with a cam, ORY, and a LM...that will be quite enough, certainly.

I ended up going Jet Hot LT/ORY. Will get their catted Y when it comes out. Stuff is already at house waiting for me...still in Kuwait.
