Powerbond Pulley?
Powerbond Pulley? Hey guys-
I've got this pulley on the car and I am trying to get it fully seated..
It feels prettttty tight, however I still have probably a couple millimeters between the tip of the crank snout and the inner lip of the pulley..
Does anyone know how far it needs to go? If it needs to be flush?
It looks like the belts should match up pretty well...

I can't see the pics at work, but from experience, I will say the Powerbonds seem a bit harder to get on than other brands.
I put one on my car the last time I had it apart and it took a while to get it seated fully.
So far so good though...

Pulley I just installed one on mine. i used the install tool sold on this site and it slid right on. I did have a small gap from the end of snout to the inner lip of the pulley. All belts lined up and have not come off. I would say if you have torqued and all that good stuff and the belts line up then you should be ok. I know my stock pulley had the same small gap. I don't believe it goes flush. I have a '98.

Yeh, the belts are lined up fine..
I found that the pulley needs to be 2.5mm to 4.3mm off the snout on the inner lip.. We are at 3.0mm..
The belts line up perfect...
