Looks like a high quality Y pipe the merge is very good fabrication and should flow very well... is the pipe completely round or is it flat on the drivers side for clearance??

Its a little flat, not really noticable, definatly not like the stock Y. I doubt I will have any clearance issues, I'll post pics when everything is installed and of course the dyno results

Nice headers, when I'm ready for a cam I will be installing a set of these. With good tires you should be in the 12's. Get a stall next for mid to low 12's.

I was thinking about it but I'm afraid I'll snap the rear or brake the tranny, I dont know.My car has only 24K miles on it and I kinda dont want to turn it into a race car, but I still might do a stall

I guess the majority of aftermarket Y's neck down to 2 3/4" as this one appears to do also. It just seems crazy that you have headers with collector sizes of 3" each and then that flow has to get shoved in to ONE hole less than half of that size.

The Y neck might be 2 3/4 but it hooks up to my SLP CME which is 3''. I wish I could afford true duals, oh well, now the only thing I'm worry about is the rasp! If it sound raspy, I guess bullets would be my next purchase,I'll know possibly this week or Monday!
Happy Thanksgiving to all!!!

Good choice! I didn't see anywhere if you've got cats or not, but regardless it's going to be loud as hell with the LM. I've got a GMMG and I ended up putting a Magnaflow bullet in the I and I like it. Happy turkey day.

I believe you and (I think) all of the OEM stuff did that so the aftermarket followed suit. I think that when I get my system I will cut off the part of te Ypipe that reduces to 2 3/4". Then have a pipe fabricated to keep it as close to 3" as possible.

Ditto on the turkey day.

My AR Y is 3" straight back. I had the GMMG I bumped out to fit over it.
