Best sounding exhaust Hi guys,
I have a 2001 C5 which has a 383 stoker, 205 AFRs, 230-236 cam XER 113, 78 mm fast, 1 7/8 in Kooks headers which are dual three inch, and a few other bits.
The problem is that the exhaust from the axle back is crap. It is a very restrictive thing fitted when they did the left to right hand drive conversion (in Australia). This end part of the exhaust is the only thing left to change now.
I don't want it loud, but would like a deep throaty sound on acceleration.
Any recommendations? If anyone is familar with the noise scale of the mid america motor works web site, my scale would be
1 idle 2 acceleration 1 cruise.
