exhaust to header help?

Default exhaust to header help?

alright guys i have the bassani tru-dual x pipes, and jus ordered my headers,
so whats the best way to get them on to the headers weld them directly to the header, of does any body have a better idea....

I would strongly advise NOT to weld them for the sake of having to remove the exhaust for whatever reason. Just my opinion. I slipped mine over the headers, made a mark on the headers about 3 inches to make sure they were on far enough, and used the supplied band clamps and have no leaks. With all that said, I don't know how Bassani exhaust connects to the headers but again, IMO do not weld them.

Do NOT weld, you will never get them off.

You can slip fit it, make sure the header goes into the larger x pipe and band clamp it, use black rtv, it should make up for gaps if your worried.
