I plan on picking up a factory GM one along with the FAST TOYS air lid. Don't worry about which one it is, because you can always have whoever is doing your tuning recalibrate the maf pretty quickly to be accurate.

You can call around to junk yards if you want and get a late model truck MAF since they are 85mm just in the 'vettes from 2002 onwards. I'm guessing you might be able to pick up a used one for a little over $100.

im running the slp 90mm maf, 90mm nw tb, and 90mm fast. I would recommend the slp because I hear its easy to tune with.

Not true. First, it's not a 90mm, second, it's no easier or harder to tune than any other gm maf. All of the tuning is done via whatever tuning software you have.

SLP doesn't make MAFs, their MAFs come from Delphi, which used to be part of GM. If I remember correctly the 02-04 Z06 MAF, the truck MAFs and the SLP MAF mike out at 90mm. The Z06 MAF is descreened. Search is your friend.

GM/Delphi is what you want. Most tuners won't touch the Granatelli or SLP aftermarket 85mm versions. Plus, the GM/Delphi ones are A LOT cheaper than the aftermarket ones. About $100 less!

Yep, you're right. 25341604 is the GM part number, and they're for '02-'04 Z06 Vettes.

And the only difference between the 01 MAFs and the 02-04 MAFs is that the 01 has a screen.
