Default high idle, searching idle

I went a liitle overboard on porting my TB so after starting it up it idles around 1800rpm.
I figured I just ported to much around the blade to I plugged the stock hole in the blade. it didnt really do anything, so I took the adjuster screw all the way out and reset the TPS. It still didnt make much of a difference.

After coming to a stop the idle will be high but then for a few seconds it will drop down to 900rpm then go back up. Also if I turn on the AC it will do the same thing, drop to 900rpm then go back up. I know its supposed to do that normally but not a 900rpm drop.
Could I have got a metal shaving in the IAC motor or something?? I pulled out the sensors when porting but maybe one got by??
Also when driving it will feel like it goes into cruise control around 30-35mph.

Hptuners shows 0% TPS, so im sure the TPS is good.

Please help me out, my brakes wont last long haha.

Thanks
-Chris

Was it fine before you ported t/b? If so you already know the answer.
