Default coil and spark problem ???

Have a 2000 TA and it started missing at idle and on acceleration, On the passenger side it has spark jumping from the valve cover to the valve cover bolt , over the rubber bushing...Is it a bad ground??? A shorted coil ??? I unplugged each coil individually and it still does it??

its a bad coil more and likely. Possibly a bad wire. Kinda hard to tell without seeing exactly whats happening.

check your fuse box under the hood that goes to the coil pack circuit...mine was blowing because of a bad MSD coil pack and caused the whole passenger side of the motor to not fire because the circuit controls on side or the other....it was bad...hope this helps
