What do I do now???

I'm lost. I can't make a decision so I would like some input. I have a 98 Camaro SS w/ 90,000 miles. I have pacesetter lt's, tsp y-pipe with magnaflow cats, loudmouth cat-back, slp lid, pro 5.0 shifter w/ short stick, vinci tuner, and richmond 4.10's. I'm an m6 still running on street tires. I'm looking into finishing bolt on's, a cam package, a combination of the 2...I have around $900 to work with.

Do you still have the stock ls1 intake? You could buy a ls6 intake for a around 300.

LS6 intake for sure. How's the clutch doing? Used LS6 intake and a LS7 clutch set up ought to just about eat up the $900, but those are both good upgrades.

+1 for LS6 Intake and P&P TB. You will need it if you decide you want to go with a cam anyways. Drag Radials would also be a great purchase IMO.
