Help Me Pick My Exhaust!!
I know I know its up to me but I like to get others opinions. I got rid of my magnaflow cause I didnt like the sound. Then I built true duals and they sounded insane just too loud and vibrated the **** out of everything so I got rid of those too. Now I am stuck without exhaust. I am in the process (almost finished) installing a cam. I was deciding between buying a hooker cat-back. Or buying the dyno max i-pipe and over the axle pipe from summit an buying a spintech replacement muffler off ebay and fabbing up the tail pipes off the mufflers and get some corsa like tips. Im open to all suggestions. PLEASE HELP. O yea and I would like to spend less than $400

I love the sound of the hooker catback, relatively quiet and deep until you step on it. Has a very toned sound to it, i have heard them on ls1's online and think its the best sounding catback of them all, makes an ls1 have respectable tone to it, and gets rid of the rasp the ls1 is famous for. Never heard a spintech muffler but have heard nothing but good things about them.

My friend had the same setup, probably one of the best sounding LS1's I have heard. But I have read that the Spintech's design could hold you back from some power.

B&B sounds refined and still gives an awesome muscular sound....No regrets since I've had it installed.
