Default TD's or dual cut outs?

hey guys- wondering if there is any difference in power with a TD set up vs. dual cutouts. i like the idea of being able to be some what quiet with my cat back, but want the option of opening it up. im installing my headers as we speak and just dont know if i would be losing power by going with cut outs after the headers.
thanks!

ive got 2 cutouts now and i love them, i would probably have gone with duals though if i was presented the option at hte time, i think there is a little better ground clearance with true duals, and with the option of lowering bouncing around, would have been a better choice
