Default Do i need to be worried

I ported my throttle body today and i got alittle too close doing the knife edge on the blade and now there is a small gap. I know you would have to see the whole but do you think i can still hold an idle if its small enough?

I'd just put it on and try it if not then just buy a new one.

If the gap is too large then your idle is going to be way too high. I made the same mistake when I was grinding down the housing near where the blade rests when it's full shut. Anyways, you could only see a very small gap around the blade in a couple spots but it turned out to be too much and was letting in too much air at idle therefore the idle was like 1400 rpms. If you go too far then your IAC will be full shut and can't control idle speed.
