Default GMMG question

Hey is it just me or did GMMG up there price on there exhaust by like 50 bucks. It was around 850 or so and now its 900. Does anyone know why they did this. It was already exspensive and know they just made it that much more exspensive, this is gay.

they've been taking a loss on the exhaust for the last few years to be honest... the entire cost to them has gone up quite a bit and they've stayed true to the original pricing they had... unfortunately, they're a business and to continue to be such a business, they need to make due and bite the bullet whether it pisses people off or not.

take into consideration the materials, labor, shipping costs of those, plus shipping costs of the exhaust and you have your reasons... they're charging for the shipping now, vs. including it prior, because they can't continue to sell it otherwise.

Yeah, we'd all love to have it for less, but the automotive industry, restaurant industry and various others who rely heavilly on having things shipped in and out on a daily/weekly basis are all taking hits on it and to keep product quality high, they must endure and adjust.

sucks, but such is life

Fact is, with these cars, "You gotta pay to play." I would pay $900 for a GMMG if I had to. Great exhaust for the money.

O i'm not calling this exhaust gay by no means. I'm just saying its gay because i just saved up enough money to buy this exhaust and then the damn price goes up. I'll still buy it but then I'll be just that much more broke.

it's only $750 without the premium tips though... you don't HAVE to get the tips, though they are nice, but they're also just that much more expensive...

I ended up passing on the tips, just running their regular ones because I don't trust many people with nice stainless tips in Houston :o
