Default Digital Maf?

Has anyone heard of these new Digital Maf? There from abacoperformance, you can google it. I heard they where all the talk at PRI?

Have not, but because these cars use kind of a blended hybrid
airflow scheme (MAF is part, but not all of the airflow and is
ignored or lightly weighted at idle / cruise) the MAF alone cannot
compensate properly for engine airflow errors or the fuel trims
that may be laid down as a result.

Besides which, the PCM tune has an editable mapping table to
do the same thing (adjustable transfer characteristic).

So if you are already tuning, it helps none (other than being
a slightly bigger, short piece of pipe) and if you're not, it can't
do the entire job - not on the GenIII PCMs at least, dunno
about the fancier later models.

If they're at a Delphi MAF price-point, then go and play. But
if they want the value of tuning software, for a little slice of
tuning capability, buy software.
