I just recently purchased some headers and ory pipe from black2002ws6 (aka 'LPP headers').

I'm just double checking that I can re-use the stock bolts and gaskets that are on my car now. If not I need to order some ASAP for this weekend.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

 

Yes, I have reused stock gaskets and bolts on 4 cars.

 

yeah you can reuse the gaskets and bolts if they are in good shape. I reused my stock bolts on my car but I had to replace the gaskets as one of them came apart when I was taking the manifolds off.

 

let us now how you like the system, ive been thinking of picking those up and am always looking for more input on them

 

Will do. Sucks it's going to be like 19 degrees this weekend.

I hope my gaskets will be ok. I'm not going to be able to buy any the day of. No place close I can think of that would even sell header gaskets.

 

I installed headers on my friend's Camaro..his car had around 105k miles I think....and his stock gaskets were fine...

So I wouldn't worry if I was you.

 

i would change the gaskets but thats just me..bolts you can more than likely reuse without any issues but i would replace the gaskets

 

How much are new gaskets?
