Default FTRA+Lid questions

I have a couple of questions:

1. If you do the free ram air mod is it still beneficial
to get a lid and a FTRA
2. If I do purchase a TSP lid, will a FTRA still be
beneficial.

Basically I want to know if I should do all three, or a combo of one or two of these mods. Thank you, sorry if this is a dumb question.

What is FTRA? Yes, the free ram air mod is still beneficial with a lid, in fact, more beneficial.

Any lid will work with cold air kits. They all mount under the filter. Check out the Super Sucker Ram Air(SSRA). It actually has a scoop to suck in air mounted under the bumper. LM Performance and Speed Inc. sell them

I also see that SLP has a package with their lid and cold air induction. Is the TSP lid that much better then the SLP lid? Or is it worth buying all of these parts individually

SSRA is plastic and hangs mighty low= grenaded SSRA.FTRA is stainless steel and is invisible once installed.
As lids go, all the ones with rounded edges should be fine.Stay away frome the squareish ones.

Warning: With the FTRA installed you're K&N filter won't last you a few weeks. It gets EXTREMELY Dirty. It's not worth it to me. Anyone want to buy mine.
