Default Has anyone else had this problem?

My car cuts out or off under hard acceleration. This problem is new and I believe it to be caused from the Ypipe banging the floorboard and interuppting the 02 signal or something of the sort. (new PS LT's and off road Y) It only does it when the pipe bangs, I think. Anyone have any suggestions? Bosch13111's...of course fixing the pipe bangin issue is being fixed but until then?

It sounds like the banging is causing false knock and taking a bunch of timing out. Didn't I talk to you about some install work? This is Brian.

I agree with the y-pipe banging and setting off the knock sensors. Get some motor mounts and/or a anti-banging mount like the one Mufflex sells.
