How much with 17" flo-pro twisters quiet down my car over 12" moroso spiral flows?

How much will 17" flo-pro twisters quiet down my car over 12" moroso spiral flows? Title says it all. I'm trying to figure out how to quiet down my car since it got louder with my new heads/cam. I'm currently running 12" moroso spiral flows, and I'm thinking about trying the 17" twisters. Would it be a noticable difference? I've also been considering the 4x9 magnaflows or the edelbrock mufflers, but I'm running a lowered car so ground clearance is important to me.
