intresting, I'd like to see the difference from this one to the older victor jr.

Looks like next year's thougts of cutting the cowl back to the windshield and a pin on hood that extends to the windshield with a good rise to it may be worth while for more then a weight reduction/looks

I have a Vic Jr with a Wilson Elbow on my 99 Camaro and the cowl had to be cut a little.

Edelbrock give the dimensions on their website for the intakes.

next setup I do once I'm tired of 9.5 index speed will most likly not be an lsx motor, so I'm trying to plan for that down the road.... hence why the cowl will go away...

Question

So the EFI versions are available now? The "flanges" look a bit different from my Victor jr. I'll have to mill the SH!+ out of mine to get it to work with my heads. Wonder how she would take a little extrude-Hone?

511, sounds like the carb one. What the hell are you looking for one for, that thing barely needs a FAST

Done with the mockup of the EFI SV we have, one tall ****.

Is this intake setup better than the FAST 90/90 for a heads/cam motor? I have plenty of space under my hood for that intake!

No not by far. Want to turn it from a punchy street friendly LS1 into a SBC with decent heads and 6000-7500 rpm range, put a carb intake on it

So the carb intake isn't street friendly lol. Who cares if you lose 30lb of torque at 3000 when you have 500 to begin with. You might not be able to hook it on the street anyway. Better topend is easier to control.

I am starting out with stock 317 heads with a f14 cam since I already have it but going custom grind cam motion cam and mill the heads to get 11/1 . I will be going to a 850 or 950 hp style carb to.
+1

My setup is similar to this one only I'll be sticking with EFI, but I would like to know this as well as I was also looking at the fast and the Vic Jr.

I'll be ordering one to put on my formula. It's just a nice incentive to get the Joe Van O hood I want.

Are you serious? That's rather fagtastic of you if you're gouging the prices.
