Does the weiand intake Flow?

I am trying to find out if this alluminum intake is any good. I need a high flow intake that goes up to 6500. I know the fast but i am comparing this with the ls6 intake. Does any one know the differences?

there is a book dyno proven performance for ls1/ls6/ls7 and it does compare the weiand. i believe its the same design as ls6 but will allow porting and claims its stronger meaning will hold up better with nitrous. fyi bbk sells an 85mm aluminum intake for like $500. fast dynos the best in the book if you've got the bucks.

I haven't heard of this book. Where did you find it? Whats the tilte?

I like that bbk intake. Do you think that would fit well with the ported shaner s3 tb? I already spent to much on my heads and cam so know i want cheap.

i dont know about fitting, because the bbk is 85mm i would match a TB that was 85mm with it. call bbk directly (or TB manufacturer) if your worried about TB matching. the book compared the weiand and bbk to ls1 intake so the weiand gained 12rwhp and the bbk being bigger (85mm) gained 20rwhp. these were NOT directly compared to the ls6 which i was dissapointed. thx dano
