Default Sweet thunder TSP Trudual

I just thought I would post to aid in people searching. I installed this along with Hooker supercomps and it sounds really good. At WOT the sound reminds me of NASCAR flying by you in the stands its LOUD. It almost has a trumpet effect, people will notice you.

My complaint is at idle and "normal" driving they are actually quite quiet. I am actually thinking of switching to try some 1 chamber race flows. I was really looking for for the change in the cupholder to dance at idle and hoping the flows will give me that. I dont want to have to drive hard to make it sound mean.

Anyone think this is the right move to make for what I am wanting?

i acutally have had 5 different sets of sweet thunders and just recently made the switch to 1 chamber flows. the idle sound is deeper but about the same in loudness. i have only put a couple miles threw them so i havent had a chance to do any highway driving. the in town driving seems to be a hair quieter than my last set of sweet thunders and wot seems to be about the same, a hair quieter. overall im happy with the switch but i still have my thunders if i wanna go back, lol. btw my last set of thunders were only 12 inches long

Mine are whatever TSP sent with the kit, I would guess 16" or 18"? I want the deep bassy? sound that you can feel in your chest. Maybe not really a sound but a resonance, IDK how to explain it.

Here's one from my old TSP setup, dumped 18" bullets, stock cam, decent camera.
As a driver the drone got old for me, and when I got a cam I got pulled over for noise.

18 inch is the shortest mike makes for the sweet thunders, unless u ask for something else. the flows have more of the chest thumping you want, but the only real way to get what u want is to have a cam. it really adds the thump to the chest.

I am planning on getting a cam somewhat soon, thinking 228R. I guess I am comparing exhaust sound to my old LT1 with a hotcam so maybe installing a cam and switching to a 1 Chamber will give me exactly what I want.
