Car is running weird, Surges, creeps, and cam's lope is.....
My H/C is all done. Specs in sig. I drilled the T.B. hole out to 1/4 inch, and now the car idles to high, and the cam lope sound is not as loud as before. This is driving me nuts. Now that I drilled the T.B. hole, can I still use my T.B as a core? Also, Do you think I would gain ANYTHING is I changed my SLP lid, to the new TSP LID? Thank you

Might check with a GM dealer and see what just the TB blade costs and replace the old blade with a new undrilled one.
Call SDPC over there>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
and see what the price of just the blade is, SDPC will probably be cheaper than the typical dealer.

You can glue the hole shut with some JB Weld then redrill it to the correct size. Rough the hole up and make sure it's super clean then give the epoxy 24 hrs to cure before you sand and drill it.
