Default Keeping it quiet..

Well was wondering how to keep the car about Loudmouth quiet.. after LT's and ORY.. (will be doing H/C to)

cats help alot and imo make the tone sound better and not so raspy. You dont loose very much hp from them either...it's probabally the easiest option

problem is id have to have 2 cutouts then.. only going to run 1 electric.. so any muffler/resonator (That sounds halfway good) and can quiet the car down to around how the LM is ill run

Magnaflows are pretty quiet. That's what I'm running w/ an electric cutout.

Why run one electric? Do you have one in the merge to the I pipe and one that is towards the back? I am lost.

going to have a part of the y pipe cutout and have a electric put on it

Any real muffler should keep it more than LM quiet :shrug:

have used magnaflows before great mufflers, also heard some hookers on here that are great.. im just trying to keep the car at around Loud mouth level sound when I do the LTs/ORY..

found all the mufflers, hooker is $55.. flowmaster is $65, and a magnaflow is $70 or so.. im liking the hookers sound and it seems to keep LT/ORY cars pretty tame... what size piping is the Loudmouth looks like 2.5
