On a Camaro, option 3 would be best if you can stand the smell. Camaros look awesome with no tips, otherwise option 4. Go with the x-pipe though, flows a little better.

3 definitely... I would say H pipe because it sounds ROWDDDYYYy, but X pipes sound nice too and they are proven more in #'s... It doesnt really matter though. It will be ~5 HP if you went H over X, but Id for sure dump them. Its more unique. Either way you cant go wrong, true duals is the only way to go with an Ls1. Y pipes sound like complete *** IMO.

High flo cats ~8-12 HP.

Regular cats -- All of it... Lol. Seriously like 20

It will be bearable without a cam. With a cam it starts to sound pretty rowdy. My friend has an SS with longtubes, dumps/bullets w/out a cam and his is plenty bearable to drive... Now my car is a different story... mods listed in sig, and after 45 min of non stop driving my ears ring, but I LOVE it... Thats just me.

Atleast it doesnt sound like every other raspy *** LS1 with SLP, borla, corsa with ORY pipe.. eww
