Anyone ever use the ASC new water pump from Advance? well, its about that time...GM is too proud of their pumps even with a good discount so I am looking at an ASC from Advance Auto Parts at $130. ASC industries supposedly makes water pumps for automotive and industrial applications so you would think they know what they are doing when they build a new water pump, right? Let me know if you have used this unit and what you think or if it has caused you any problems...honestly, i've never had a problem with any remans, even cheap ones, but I wanna go new just to know that it is new...plus my setup might destroy a cheap one

well, I ordered it today..it will be going on tomorrow so Ill keep everyone posted and post a new thread about this particular pump so maybe we can all save a little money! I really think it's gonna be good and it's not like GM has a formidable rep. for cooling systems lol <cough...heater cores and water pumps..cough>
