Anyone know what these are?

Just picked these up for cheap, going on the car tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone knows what they are.

Just to add, they had EGR fittings but they were capped off and welded shut. Also, the flanges have a raised circle around each primary so its not very smooth.

Bungs on the outside?

They are the el cheapo version of hookers..

Looks to be Flowtechs. And looks like someone cut the 3 bolt flange collector off so you can just make them slip fit...
