It is definately 92mm. It's just that I read a thread that basically listed new features it has. They fixed problems with it and made it an overall better intake. So there is probably going to be some power gains. I don't think it was based on making power as much as improving what they already had.

Guys, I know the FAST intake isnt for everyone, but crying over the price is insane... Compare the gains/price/horsepower per dollar to a set of QUALITY headers like Kooks and they balance out... Headers are actually more expensive and provide roughly the same gains as the FAST..
To answer a few questions, the new 92 isnt going to produce anymore power than the 90mm version. FAST simply stepped up on quality/fitment and addressed a few issues such as adding nut serts to the TB area and using stainless hardware.
NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A FAST 90 AND IT IS WORKING JUST FINE THERE IS NO NEED TO UPGRADE TO THE 92MM!!!!!

Are they going to continue making the 90s? And if they are will there be any price change for the 90/90 or will the 92/92 just be a bit more expensive? And yeah whats with the FAST box, that would look pretty cool in my car or garage.

Just got my ported intake/tb/injectors yesterday from Ron. This setup looks so damn nice. I went ahead and painted the intake myself; kind of went with a stock look (flat black). It'll be installed on Tuesday next week so I'll let you guys know what kind of gains it picks up. Here's a couple of pics of the intake:
