Weiand Polished Intake Manifold? Help!!! Alright fellas, and ladies! I have a 2000 z28 camaro, Im looking to go with weiand polished intake manifold. I want show. but a little more go isnt bad either! Is this better then my regular ls1 intake manifold? Will I get a hp gain? Other then the BS heatsink issue, whats everyones opinion on this intake? How much should I pay? Help me out!

if you're gonna run nitrous and/or boost, get it. otherwise just get a fast or an ls6 imo. this is just my opinion which probably doesn't amount to much though

yeah the heatsoak thing i dont think was ever proven but then again i dont read on here that much anymore. look at the Typhoon intake setup also. Lots of people said it was junk at the beginning but now tons of people are running them. You can get it in satin or polished and it comes with fuel rails, etc.
