Never used exhaust wrap on my plug wires. Just use common sense when you put them on and dont let them rest on a primary. I ziptied mine to the dipstick (thanks stupid EGR tube!)

My Taylor Thundervolt wires are perfect length and don't get too close to the longtubes.

I wouldn't waste money replacing the rear sensors. All they do is monitor the cats. I'd just plug them or screw in an old sensor and connect them, then have their codes set to "no report".

You will need 24" extensions to connect the fronts.

Nothing touches on my ARH headers. They fit like a glove.

I have installed my headers 2 days ago and i am using the factory plug wires and the boots seem to be touching them, well some of them.
I have put 75miles since the install (love to cruse with the new sound) and the boots have not melted or even left a mark on the headers. I think you should be fine.

i was looking at using the stage 8 locking header bolts... because my brother said on his lt1 z28 the header bolts kept backing out of his headers fast when he reused the stock manifold bolts. also would a Fel-Pro gasket from advanced work just as good? (its like layers of aluminum or other metal.. that crimp to seal it up when u tighten it or something..) or should i just get a new GM one?,, also i just got a ls6 intake mani, should i get new seals for it?(intake & TB seals) dunno how many miles are on it.

also.. what should i wrap the clutch line with?(just replaced my slave/master/clutch assembly & flywheel) dont want it messin up lol

Jesus cristo' put down the crack pipe! Use thread locker red on the stock bolts and you won't have that LT1 owners backout bolts issue...no get a stock GM gasket from the dealer...yes replace the seals if they are worn...refer to previous source for parts...not necessary to wrap clutch line if you are just careful routing it. Use common sense problem solved.
