That ones' gonna suck with it on the car, but you can do it.

The MAP is #5 in the pic, and the tab that is holding it down is circled in white.

Is basically what it would look like if you were looking along the back from the drivers side toward the pass side, that clip has to be pushed back toward the firewall and the MAP will lift up vertically.
Its tricky and you will cut the crap out of your arms getting at it but it can be done.
