Seriously, I would try a dremel with a die grinding bit on it. After you get it started just try and chip it away.

From the picture of your pistons up there I though you had the stock LS1 PCV system. Mine is throwing enough oil to make it look like that...

You could also take a drill bit that is the same size of the brass tubes, insert it and give the drill bit a whack with a hammer, hitting the drill bit on the side, not driving it into the the TB. This should start to break up the epoxy. Glad when I ported mine I never epoxied it!!!

had a guy in a local club blow a motor because of that same problem. messed some stuff up for sure
