Calling All Lq4 People!!
Calling All Lq4 People!! I have an 02 LQ4 in the datsun, with a 2004 GTO T56....
I have an LS1 starter and a 2004 GTO starter...
The problem is, on the 04 GTO starter, with the starter engaged, the pinion of the starter would be exactly flush with the beginning of the flywheel surface. The LS1 starter will not fit the GTO bellhousing.
What can I do? Did I do anything wrong? My car is ready to start for the first time, just need this part figured out!! Has anyone ever mated an LQ4 to a 2004 GTO T56?
