Default Looking to do Ls6 intake....got questions tho???

Hey im looking to delete the EGR system and AIR and go with the Ls6 intake but im wondering how to get it. I when to gm online :http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/results...umber=88894339
and am thinking about getting this. Would this work since i have a 2000 T/A and
would my current Throttle Body work?

It will work but I think you will need the coolant crossover tube and plugs. SLP had this as a complete package a while back for a little under $400 but I don't see it on their websight at the moment.

If you grind off the bottom of the intake, you can keep your stock coolant crossover lines. Just make sure where the knock sensor cables go over/under the lines that you put some electrical tape to add a layer of protection to the wires. It will fit just fine. Measured height of the coolant lines pressed down against the valley cover plate is no higher than the bolts of the valley plate.
