Default Quick question before header install

I bought a set of headers off a poster here and have a quick question before I install them. I noticed these on my manifolds and I know its the AIR system. But I was wondering what all I need to do to remove it off and 2002 car. I read the Air delete but he said that 98's were diff than 2002 AIR systems were. Here is what I'm talkin about. The headers have that part welded shut so there isnt a block off plate.

I just removed mine on my '02 WS-6

Im sure you can see u have to remove the 2-10mm bolts on your exhaust manifolds, then the hoses all go to a valve at the back of the drivers side head. This is the fun part, first there is a small vacuum line on the top of this valve remove this....and plug it.....to remove the valve there is a nut on the top of the valve cover which holds a bracket that holds the valve, remove this nut. Then the really fun part, there is a nut on the back side of the of the head towards the firewall. I know it sounds crazy but you can feel it with your hand, its big i forget the size sorry, move your brake booster hose to give you more room. All you have to do is break it loose the bracket is slotted and you can pull it out when you crack that nut. Then get rid of all your hoses and then under the drivers side front headlight is the pump. Remove the two bolts then open the plastic flap. There is one connector and 4 bolts that are attached and hold it in....unplug and remove and you should be done..........

the small vacuum line that you unplug off the top of the valve at the back of the driver side head. It is a round shaped valve with 3 hoses going to it and the vacuum line on the top, and i just used a vacuum line cap

When we were removing mine, I found that small vacuum hole... then later I couldn't find it again (it was strange). Anyways, ended up not plugging it and I have no problems. I've know of other people who didnt plug it as well with no problems.
