What gains from Fast 90/90??
I hated to post about this, but I couldn't find anyone who was in my exact situation that has posted
Will a Fast 90/90 be worth the money for me.
Partiot cnc'd 243's(stock valves), 232/236 595/601 + 150 shot
What kind of gains would I see from a Fast 90/90 over my ls6.
Is it worth the money?
thanks,
Brent

There's plenty of people in your situation. Heads/cam/nitrous
Being that you started off with a LS6 intake, you already had a decently flowing intake, but regardless, the step up to the FAST 90/90 will give you solid gains throughout the power band.
Now wether its worth the money is up to you Like I was told by a wise man once myself, if you figure out the dollar per horsepower gains, youve probably spent more on less power before. Plus after awhile, it comes to the point of deminishing returns. So youre basically doing whatever you can now to squeeze every last horsepower out of your current combo that you can.
There's also another option too, you can have the intake and/or TB ported, which nets solid gains above the out of the box unit. If youre buying new, the odds are you will likely find the FAST 90's have been discontinued and there is a new FAST 92/92's which are available and potentially hold no actually gain over the 90's it replaced, being that the runner size hasnt actually changed, but only the opening.
Hope some/all of this has helped. If not, do some searchces, theres lots of FAST 90/90 posts, ported and unported, and typically there has always been gains from 10-30rwhp/tq depending of supporting mods, port work, previous intake, dyno used.

You got it backwards, if you are gonna spray then you dont need to be concerned with the gains of the FAST intake, but if you want to make the power NA then the FAST is the best option since you got a cam. The 10-15 HP NA can be easily made up for by a slight jetting change on your nitrous kit. The intake will choke nitrous just like it does incoming air.

Yeah man that would be a good idea, then later on if you want the most NA power you can get then step up to a FAST intake. Personally I like NA power to cruise around with.

Hmm, last time I checked, I didnt know a lifetime supply of nitrous was free, lol. Bolt on power however DOES last a lifetime
...playing devils advocate here. I have both a ported 90/90 and nitrous so I am not biased.
