Finally put the solid mounts on. ?s though I bought a set of solid motor mounts for my 98 z28. My brother in law and I finally put them on the other night. On my car I have a vic jr intake and a intake elbow. It was about a 1/4 inch from my wiper cowl before the mounts installed. Well after the install and going back to put the elbow back on it wouldnt fit by almost a 1/2 inch!!! We had to cut more of my wiper cowl out to make it fit. Has anyone else noticed that the spohn solid motor mounts raised there engine up? Is this normal? Or do I have a screwed up set? I know they are labeled which side goes where so I didnt screw that up lol. Thanks guys for any help I will try to get pics up but my computer isnt wanting to download them
